Frequently asked questions

1. How many workers will you send?

For residential cleaning, we will send a team of 3 cleaners for all service plans. Our goal is to leverage teamwork to efficiently complete the task both quickly and effectively. For office and Airbnb/homestay cleaning, we typically assign 2 to 3 cleaners, depending on the specific requirements of the job.

2. Does your cleaner bring along cleaning tools and chemicals?

We offer you the flexibility to either provide your own cleaning tools and chemicals or request that our crew bring them for an additional cost of RM25. For hygiene purposes, we encourage you to allow us to use your tools. If you choose to provide your own, please ensure the following items are ready: cleaning chemicals, broom, mop, vacuum cleaner, brushes, sponges, towels, and garbage bags. Please note that if any damage occurs to your items that you've permitted us to use, we will not be responsible for covering the cost of the damage.

3. What happens if the cleaner couldn't access my property?

Clients must ensure that access to the property is available at the scheduled time. If our cleaning crew arrives at your location and cannot access the premises or reach you within 15 minutes, the session will be considered canceled. For subscription plan clients, if access is not granted within 30 minutes, the session will be considered a missed appointment and will still count as one session.
